Restorative Leadership focuses on the adaptive approach to leadership through relationship building. The academy’s goal is to support educators, parents, scholars and community members in the process of learning the history, philosophy and practice of restorative practices based on teachings from indigenous communities.Leaders will learn how restorative practices can be used to proactively develop meaningful relationships, repair harm and to value the voice and perspective of others. Educators, parents, scholars and community members alike will gain valuable knowledge about how restorative practices can create positive culture and climates.
