Leaders' Edge Academy
The Leaders' Edge Academy focuses on leadership development using a relational leadership lens. Leaders will engage in activities that will assist identifying and critically examining their personal character traits and leadership styles. Our team will provide leaders with strategies to leverage their leadership, maximize engagement with team members and improve culture and climate for team and organizational effectiveness.

This three-day leadership development course is designed for leaders who want to learn more about their personal leadership styles. During this course leaders will engage in critical self-reflective activities using tools to identify their unique leadership styles. Leaders will learn how to leverage their leadership to become more effective in their professional and personal communities.

Restorative Practices Academy
Restorative Practices Academy focuses on the adaptive approach to leadership through relationship building. The academy’s goal is to support educators, parents, scholars and community members in the process of learning the history, philosophy and practice of restorative justice/practices based on teachings from indigenous communities. Leaders will learn how restorative practices can be used to proactively develop strengths-based relationships, repair harm and to value the voice and perspective of others. Educators, parents, scholars and community members alike will gain valuable knowledge about how restorative practices can create positive school culture and climate.

RESTORATIVE PRACTICES 101

This interactive session is designed to introduce leaders to the history, philosophy and practices of restorative justice/practices based on teachings from indigenous communities. Leaders will gain a better understanding of how restorative practices can be used as a proactive measure for building strengths-based relationships as well as a responsive measure for repairing harm in school and community settings.

Leaders interested in Restorative Practices Implementation must have successfully completed Restorative Practices 101. Restorative Practices Implementation is an interactive session designed to build upon the introductory learnings from Restorative Practices 101 as well as gaining a deeper knowledge of the specific components of restorative practices and its implementation across school and community settings.

4-DAY RESTORATIVE PRACTICES CIRCLE TRAINING

This four-day interactive experience will educate leaders about the history and implementation of restorative practices Circles based on teachings from indigenous communities. Over the course of the four days, leaders will actively engage in the Circle process and develop strategies to implement Circles within their own settings. Leaders will also sharpen leadership and relationship building skills as they engage in self-reflective leadership, relationship and team building exercises.
